Peter Bladin Award
The Peter Bladin Award is the Society's highest honour, recognizing a member for outstanding service to epilepsy in Australia. The Award comprises a memento from the Society and sponsorship of registration, travel and accommodation for the recipient and his/her partner to attend the Annual Scientific Meeting in that year. The recipient may be invited to give a lecture following presentation of the Award.
Nominations for the Award should be made in writing and sent to the ESA Secretariat by June 30th. These must be proposed and seconded by two members of the Society, and include a brief curriculum vitae and summary of the nominee's contributions. Nominations are reviewed by the ESA Committee and the Award is not necessarily given annually.
